Greetings and salutations AAVA crews!
We’re thrilled to announce that Randy Kaster has been appointed as our new Chief Executive Officer. Randy’s journey with us has been nothing short of inspiring, marked by his unwavering commitment, consistency, and deep devotion to the organization. After years of remarkable service as the NYC Area Hub Manager, Randy now steps into this new chapter ready to elevate our operational standards across all regions.
Supporting him in this mission, Mark Reiman, currently serving as LAX Hub Manager, will assume the role of Vice President of Operations. Mark’s dedication, leadership, and exceptional results have been a driving force behind the success of the LAX hub, and we’re confident his vision will now have an even greater impact organization-wide.
Andre Roth will now oversee the HR Department as the Director of Human Resources, working in close cooperation with our beloved Training Director, Pablo Vasquez. Together, they will ensure that our team remains supported, motivated, and well-prepared for the organization’s evolving needs.
We’re also pleased to announce the appointment of Alejandro (Alex) Aranda as our new Vice President of Communications & Feedback. This newly created executive position will serve as a dedicated point of contact for all feedback-related matters, ensuring that constructive input, concerns, and suggestions from all members are properly reviewed, categorized, and presented to the Executive Team for evaluation and action.
In the LAX hub, Mike Kepple will become the new LAX Hub Manager. Despite being relatively new to the organization, Mike has already demonstrated remarkable professionalism, excellence, and drive, earning the trust and respect of both his peers and leadership. The Assistant Hub Manager position for LAX is currently being finalized and will be announced soon.
We are currently in a period of dynamic restructuring and training, where changes are unfolding rapidly and strategically. As we continue to evolve, we’re also in the process of onboarding our newly appointed executives. It may take a little time for everyone to get fully up to speed, but we’re confident that the experience, vision, and dedication they bring will help elevate our operations and strengthen the community we’ve built together.
We appreciate your patience and continued support as this new leadership team settles in — and we look forward to seeing the fine work and fresh perspectives they’ll contribute in the weeks ahead.
