Hub Transfers

In the latest edition of Odyssey Magazine in the statistics section, it shows our pilot numbers at the hubs are very heavy at KCLT and KDFW.

This is because most of our regional flights are located at those locations and a good starting place for our new crew members.

We see, however, there are many pilots located at these hubs with higher ranks, so this message is just to remind you that you are able to request a Hub Transfer in your profile if desired.

You may request a hub transfer if:

  • Your rank is First Officer or higher (Captain or higher is suggested).
    • If you are a First Officer, please note that your selection of flights may or may not decrease depending on your selection and we will not grant the move if there aren’t any flights out of that hub for your rank.
  • You are an active pilot.

How:

  • Click your name in the upper right of the Crew Center
  • Click My Profile
  • Click “Request” for Hub Transfer Request
  • Fill out form

It may take a few days for your request to be approved or denied. Please do not submit more than one request.
