Greetings esteemed AAVA Crews!
Our great friend and colleague Jerry Taylor has taken a leave of absence which leaves our training hub in need of management. We are incredibly grateful to Jerry for his efforts to build and guide our training hub. He is a longstanding member and manager of AAVA and we offer our gratitude for creating something amazing in everything he does!
As ever, we are not short of dedication or talent amongst our ranks.
It is my great privilege to announce Pablo Vasquez has accepted the Senior Executive role of CTDO; meaning he has assumed responsibility for our training hub. The key component of our onboarding process, our training hub is essential for qualifying new pilots and Pablo brings significant prior virtual airline management experience to his new position. He joined AAVA about one year ago and has already earned the respect of his Dallas crew as Assistant Hub Manager and even found time to accumulate nearly 1400 flights!
He readily accepted the challenge and has undergone training over the past week. Please join me in wishing him great success as he takes this next big step in his AAVA career!
