LAX Staff Update
Greetings AAVA Crews,
I’m sorry to say that the amazing Michael Notaro is stepping down from his role as Hub Manager for Los Angeles.
He has been a tremendous asset to the hub and we appreciate everything he’s done to make LAX so great! We’re very sorry to see him go, but life gets in the way sometimes.
We do; however, have the equally amazing and talented Shawn Hemphill ready to take the reigns.
Please join me in wishing Michael the very best alongside great appreciation for all he’s done in his Hub Manager role over the past couple of years. At the same time, let’s give a hearty welcome to Shawn as the new Hub Manager!
As a result of the transition, we’re also hiring for a new Assistant Hub Manager to take Shawn’s former role.
We’re looking for ambitious applicants with a passion for virtual aviation and an eye for detail. Qualified candidates must have at least three months tenure with AAVA, NO rejected PIREPs, about 30 minutes per day to tend to hub responsibilities and a strong interest in achieving continued greatness for our Los Angeles Hub.
Please apply via the following link for consideration:

Happy & safe travels!
