American Virtual Launches New Training and Development Department!

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new Training and Development Department at American Virtual!

Designed to enhance the experience and onboarding of our virtual aviators, this innovative department will guide new pilots through a comprehensive 15-day Training program. This immersive learning environment will prepare them to be a part of our growing community and ultimately lead to an exciting graduation check ride. This process will mark their transition from trainees to certified virtual pilots with full access to our Main Crew Center and all of its activities.
