lasting impact on all pilots on our roster. I have the utmost confidence in his ability to transform our
education programs and set new standards of excellence for our industry.”
In the newly created Training and Development department, Taylor will initially focus on initiatives
including implementing and managing AAVA’s new Cadet onboarding program to provide new pilots with an exceptional first experience using AAVA’s technology and training curriculum.
In a not-so-distant future, Taylor and his team will also focus on:
•Developing continuing education programs to help veteran AAVA pilots advance their skills and
work towards new certifications and endorsements.
•Leveraging adult learning techniques to create highly engaging and effective interactive lessons.
“I’m honored and thrilled to take on this new role at such an exciting time for AAVA,” said Taylor.
“Pilot training and education is very important, and I look forward to providing that special touch
that will set us further apart from other virtual airlines.”
